Dubai synon sërish të ngjitet më lart në qiell dhe ka planifikuar të ndërtojë kullën më të lartë në botë, që do ta lërë në vend të dytë, kullën e vetë Burj Khalifa.

Kulla edhe më e lartë do të ketë ballkonë rrotullues dhe panorama drithëruese, frymëzuar nga miti i kopshteve të varura të Babilonisë.

Kostoja e saj do t’i kalojë 1 miliardë dollarët.
